Not So Fast Mr. President .......

Dear Mr. President,

You and are trying to push through the bankruptcy of Chrysler that elevates the unsecured Unions as a secured investor, AND GIVE AWAY about 20% to FIAT all the while you remand the secured investors the bond holders as unsecured creditors, In the US history this is the "first time secured creditors were not treated as secured creditors." And where not talking about Millionaire hedge funds, we are talking about teachers, Police officers, Pension funds and Nonprofits. What sir, do you think you are doing? There is no excuse to disregard contractual rights as you have. are you purposefully trying to create anarchy in the financial markets or do you just have no clue what your really doing? I have yet to decide if you are a socialist or a fascist, but one fact is for sure you are NOT a freedom loving American. You profess to protect our freedoms, and hold President Bush as an example of not living up to our society standards regarding the Guantanimo closing. But yet your actions are worse than those of Bush when it comes to protecting the Contractual Rights granted to AMERICANS under the Constitution. I find you disingenuous in your pledge to protect our constitution but rather you are a threat to our constitution and the American way of life. I hope and pray the S.C.O.T.U.S. see through your politicaly driven scam and uphold the constitutional rule of law.
